If CiteWins isn't right for you, email support@citewins.com within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. Include the email address you used at checkout.
Renewals
Renewals — monthly or annual — are not automatically refundable. However, if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend — for example, you meant to cancel first — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll issue a refund.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt email, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; your paid features remain active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the free Starter plan. Your data is not deleted by cancelling.
How refunds are issued
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
