1. What CiteWins is
CiteWins ("we", "us") is a software service at citewins.com that connects to your Google Search Console account with read-only access, analyzes your search performance data, and produces prioritized, AI-written SEO, AEO (answer engine optimization), and GEO (generative engine optimization) recommendations. CiteWins never modifies your website — every fix is text you choose to apply yourself.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to connect the Search Console properties you sync. You may disconnect CiteWins at any time from your Google account's security settings, which revokes our access.
3. Plans, quotas, and fair use
Plans and their monthly allowances (synced properties, AI-written fixes, and AI citation checks) are listed on our pricing page. Allowances reset each month — including on annual plans — and unused allowance does not roll over. We may throttle or decline usage that is clearly automated abuse rather than genuine product use.
4. Billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which handles payment, receipts, and applicable sales tax. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly for monthly plans and annually for annual plans — until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your receipt email; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
5. No guarantees about rankings
Search engines and AI answer engines change constantly. Our recommendations are informed estimates based on your data — we do not and cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations, or revenue outcomes. Citation checks are an honest proxy measured against grounded AI answers, not a confirmed placement in any specific product such as Google AI Overviews.
6. Your data
Your Search Console data stays scoped to your account and is never shared with or shown to other customers. How we store and process data is described in the privacy policy.
7. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service, resell access without an agreement, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
